Fixed: Failed block rotation causes the block to disappear
Fixed: Possible to rotate block into the right boundary
Fixed: Ball should roll on coin block the same way it rolls on fairway. (ie it is now possible to putt on a coin block)
Fixed: Collecting coin on first stroke caused underflow making it appear that course took 2^16 - 1 strokes
Quality of life: trajectory markers no longer stop at holes and coins, so it's more clear which direction you're putting when you're next to a hole
