Implemented health for buildings. Now certain buildings take 2 hits and runway takes 4. This makes turrets much more viable.
Turrets only fire after appearing onscreen to make situations more readable.
Removed enemy plane iframes. They felt kind of unfair.
Don't bother with the entire shmup track if there's nothing to launch--just start at the base.
Smaller balance changes.
