Seesaw Space Security Squad!

Announcing the release of another cute little idea from The Stoat Folks!

This was inspired by footage of the strange 1982 game Teeter Torture (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pba8xogaLWA), which puts Space Invaders on a seesaw. I decided that the idea was too good to let it fester as an evolutionary dead end. Hopefully, this release will mark the renaissance of the new "teeter-like" subgenera.

I was also inspired by the Day[9]-produced game "The Straits of Danger" (https://youtu.be/740n8Dp1ctk?t=309) in which dozens of tiny people have to collaborate to pilot a huge, unwieldy hovercraft. I thought it would be funny if a bunch of tiny people were trying to push around a big awkward cannon. It turns out to be, in fact, somewhat funny. I consider this a minor success for Antagonistic Game Design.

The 1.0.0 version is complete enough to get the point across. I will, however, be returning to this project in a few weeks--at least to implement multiplayer, which I think will really shine in this scenario.

In the meantime, I'm going to be competing in the Nokia 3310 Jam (https://itch.io/jam/nokiajam6). I'm working in PuzzleScript (https://www.puzzlescript.net/) so for once you'll be able to play one of my games without messing with an emulator. So watch out for that!
